Independent Evaluations

If you suspect that your child may require specially designed instruction or would like more information about your child's abilities, a psychoeducational evaluation may be beneficial. We aim to provide home- and school-based recommendations that are practical and tailored to your child's needs.

A psychoeducational evaluation typically consists of the following components:

  • Parent Interview/Developmental History

  • Teacher Interview/Summary of Present Levels of Performance

  • Student Interview

  • Cognitive Functioning

  • Academic Functioning

  • Social, Emotional,and Behavioral Functioning

  • Recommendations
